7 Things You Must Bring With You To A Concert

Summertime is a great time to hit up some amazing concerts for awesome music. I was able to attend this concert in Nashville, TN to see Tyler Ward with Brynn Elliott & Mikey Wax. The Concert was amazing!! Then again in Vienna, VA to see Tyler Ward again with Brynn Elliott & My Silent Bravery. Which by the wall all of these bands are amazing, I will have another post about them soon. With that said, I’ve learned a lot of things from these two shows and when I used to go to all kinds of concerts back in the day. Here are 7 Things You Must Take With You To A Concert.

7 Things You Must Bring With You To A Concert

1) GUM. Seriously, why do I even have to explain this one. It also helps you fight hunger, lol.

2) WATER. You will get thirsty, I suggest you put one in your bag, you will thank me! I was at the front row, dying, ended up drinking like 3 bottles after the whole show was done with.

3) DEODORANT. Another, this is pretty simple why you would need this. It gets sweaty in there.

4) CAMERA. Yep, because if you’re not able to keep your phone charge, your camera will be your BFF. Also it takes better pictures!

5) PHONE. If you don’t have a camera, then you’re bring this for pictures, update your instagram, twitter, etc etc.

6) BODY SPRAY. Once again, it get’s hot while indoors, lots of sweaty bodies, like.. you will thank me!

7) PHONE CHARGER. Like the first Tyler show, I was able to charge the phone when I needed. The second  show, they blocked all the plugs off with tape, grrr.

  1. I would have never of thought deodorant but yes, it does get sweaty 🙂 I also recommend hand sanitizer and a sweater or sweatshirt for an outdoor concert.

  2. Love that you put body spray on here. I always bring it when I go to places that will have a lot of people because I am always scared I will smell. Even though pretty much everyone else will too.

  3. Whenever I attend a concert I end up substituting the water for a beer or two haha. The phone charger is a good idea, especially if you spend a lot of time taking pics or videos, or if there are long intermissions.

  4. Very good tips! I would also add, if you have lawn seats, a blanket or chairs! Also if it gets cool at night a small sweater or something and if there’s a chance of rain, a small umbrella! I also say find a crossover small handbag or a wristlet to keep your money and such in! I wouldn’t suggest lugging around a large handbag! OH YEAH! SUNGLASSES! 🙂

  5. As bad as it may sound I never been to a concert =( outdoors anyways. Just my kids concerts at School. I can see where some of these would help with the indoor ones as well. It gets pretty hot when there is tons of people around.

  6. These are all awesome things to remember! When I go to concerts, I try to bring as little as possible so I don’t have to worry about my stuff when I’m trying to dance. Since they taped up the plugs at the last concert you went to, you could change that last one to a portable charger instead of just a phone charger!

  7. omg! totes amaze about the deodorant! must share this one! so people will know how important it is to not be smelly in the concert! i’ve been to concerts many times and gosh some people do really stinks. my must have is powerbank, camera, phone, and water! can’t live without water

  8. A must have for a outdoor show would be sunscreen and comfortable shoes. Always bring lots of water. Indoor shows i would wear comfortable clothes and lots of water. Never forget the camera.
