Mixologist Cocktail Shaker

Being able to make all these cool drinks I see like on Tipsy Bartender (which if you have not seen him, check out YouTube!) for friends and family is now doable with the Mixologist Cocktail Shaker. Basically Cocktail Shaker is a must have in the kitchen or bar. It is perfect for party and get togethers. You also save 70% or MORE when using your own ingredients at home. This cocktail shaker comes with a built in strainer and a jigger that can measure either 1 or 1/2 ounces

PROS

– It is made from premium stainless steel, so it is suppose to be built to last long.
– It is user friendly and dishwasher safe.
– BPA Free and FDA certified.
– It has a built-in strainer – which keeps out ice and fruits!

CONS

– It promises it is “leaked free” but it did leak for me on the first drink :/
– Says it comes with an e-book for cocktail recipes, never received it though.

So a cocktail shaker is a must have, but Mixologist Cocktail Shaker looks like it could be a bust. I would love to share the price, but they do not have them no longer on Amazon either, So.. can not really promote it, you know.. Buy With Confidence! We Offer a “No Questions Asked, 100% Money Back, Lifetime Guarantee” if you are not fully satisfied. I guess that can be a plus.

Let us move on to something awesome.. Now let me share with you my favorite drink as of right now! It is called a Mongolian Mother [lover]. It is a cross between a Long Island Iced Tea and an Alabama Slammer. Which I must say both of those are awesome drinks as well! It is an absolutely delicious drink and it is a sneak attack type of drink, like you would not know you are drunk til you were, lol. You think you could handle all that alcohol? lol I promise it is good and is not crazy strong.

disclosure: The Booming Product brand supplied me with a Mixologist Cocktail Shaker in exchange for a honest review.

What’s your favorite cocktail drink?

  1. I have been wanting to get a cocktail shaker for a while now. The Mongolian mother****** recipe looks out of this world, while I am not a drinker its nice to have some cocktail recipes on hand for when we have guests over. Thanks so much for sharing! I’m gonna pin this one 🙂

  2. Melissa says:

I have also heard this referred to as the Singapore Sling. Thanks for the bar tending tips and recipe.

  3. I can’t believe how much alcohol is inside! Wow, but still it sounds yummy. It might have a reason why the mixer is no more sold on amazon.

    • Barbara, prob because it’s crap, lol. But what do I know. There’s plenty of mixers, they’re basically all the same. I know there’s a lot of alcohol in it, but it actually is really fruity and really tasty, you can barely taste half of the stuff in it. That’s the sneak attack part of the drink.

  4. dishwasher safe, my fav 😉 I am always on the prowl for new drink recipes, thanks for sharing!

    • I don’t think I have tried a recipe with that much variety of alcohol before, its usually just one or two blended with some juice. Ill have to give it a try.

  5. I dnt drink alcahool but i guess tgis shaker is awedome for other kinds of cocktails too without using alcahool.i can try mixture of juices.it seems so awesome and it can be perfext to give to somebody as gift too.thamx for sharing this.going go give this recipoe to a friend eho loves this kinda drinks

  6. I have not experienced to be drunk because of drinking too much alcohol or alcohol that is strong. This cocktail shaker looks really sturdy and high-quality material. OMG it should not have promised leaked free if it leaked on the first try. You can also check, maybe you got one with defect?

    • Wouldn’t know, I tried to contact the company and they won’t reply back. Sucks for them, not me.. But I don’t drink anymore, so I really don’t have much use for this anymore, unless I’m making a non-alcohol drink.

  7. I don’t drink alcohol. I think that the tools could be used to make some interesting mocktails though. I find that you can enjoy mocktails at Brunch or parties and have just as good of a time than if you drink alcohol. The shaker would be useful for a New Years Eve party to make the mocktails and fun for the kids to get involved in shaking them up.

  8. You make mixing sound so easy that I think I can try to do it myself. LoL! And that Mongolian motherf*cker, geeezz a lot of alcohol in there..for someone who does not really drink alcohol, that will take me down easily!

  9. I will probably try to mix it by myself.

  10. Owen's Mom says:

That is a pretty cocktail shaker! Love the designs on the bottom. I keep telling my husband I want to get a bartender’s set… with a shaker and jigger, in hopes that we will try mixing our own drinks more easily. That being said, I don’t think I have tried that particular drink before, but the ingredients sound great. As for the shaker, stainless steel and dishwasher safe sound fabulous to me!

  11. I am not a drinker and do not see that I would have a need for this in my house, but cocktail shakers always remind me of old James Bond movies. I’m glad you’ve found one you really like. Hope it keeps working for you.

I’d love to have one of those for home use. Thanks for sharing!
